A Few Things to Know.
48-hour notice: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
Repair visits: The $160 booking covers the initial service hour. Additional labor, parts, and materials are billed separately when needed.
Urgent one-time service: The $160 booking covers the base service visit. Specialty or corrective chemicals, green-pool recovery, repairs, parts, and unusually heavy cleanup are additional and will be billed separately when required.
Tile cleaning: Final service scope must match the booked service and confirmed pool conditions.
